Meet our Founder
Rodolfo C. Romañach Álvarez, CPA
Results-driven accounting professional specializing in bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial consulting.
Rodolfo is a results-driven accounting professional specializing in bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial consulting. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance—with a minor in Entrepreneurial Development—from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez. His academic background laid the foundation for a career built on precision, strategic insight, and a passion for empowering his clients.
Early in his career, Rodolfo worked with several local CPA firms where he honed his expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and client representation before tax authorities. His professional journey encompasses audit, general accounting, and financial consulting, and he has amassed broad experience across diverse sectors, including nonprofit organizations and clinical research institutions.
Since 2025, Rodolfo has been fully self-employed, offering specialized bookkeeping, tax, and financial consulting services tailored specifically to the unique needs of nonprofits in Puerto Rico. Beyond his practice, he has shared his expertise as an instructor in entrepreneurial incubation programs, mentoring startups and social enterprises while contributing to the growth of emerging ventures.
An active member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants (CCPA), Rodolfo has led seminars and workshops for industry peers. Looking ahead, he will serve as President of the CCPA Río Piedras Chapter for the 2025–2026 term while continuing to play an integral role in the association’s Youth Committee.
Rodolfo is fully aware of the complex challenges facing humanity today, yet he remains cheerful and constructive because he is convinced that AI and Bitcoin will unlock new freedoms and rebuild trust in society.
